29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: a) At Asphalt Services, Spanish Fort, Alabama: On or about January 26, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to work and transit a work platform on a ladder jack scaffold and the work platform measured 12 inches wide exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 9 feet to the ground below.
