29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): [As per Agriculture Reference 29 CFR 1928.21(a)(5)] The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: - Labeling and other forms of warning - SDS requirements for the hazardous materials - Employee training and information The written program must also include: - A list of all the chemicals used - Methods to inform employees of hazards associated with non-routine tasks - Methods the employer will use to inform contractor employees of workplace hazards a) Throughout the farm, on or about 10/24/2017: The employer did not develop and maintain a hazard communication program to inform employees of hazards while working with corrosives, such as, but not limited to: Ridstone, Mega San+, CIP Detergent, Bac-Drop, and Classic Dynemate.
