29 CFR 1910.272(j)(1): The employer did not develop and implement a written housekeeping program that established the frequency and the method(s) determined best to reduce accumulations of fugitive grain dust on ledges, floors, equipment, and other exposed areas: A.) Barrett Farm Supply Inc., dba Red Bank Mills - On or about 9/19/17, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not develop, implement, or maintain a written housekeeping program. Employees were potentially exposed to combustible dust hazards from the accumulation of grain and feed products including, but not limited to, cracked corn dust. The combustible dust was accumulating on areas including, but not limited to, the top of storage areas, the top of machinery, floors, and ledges.
