29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a). On or about 7/6/17, on site, for employees handling InkCups Ink and Nazdar Ink Thinner to add to the ink machine on a daily basis. InkCups Ink is a corrosive and and contains chemicals such as, but not limited to, Cyclohexanone. Nazdar Ink contains chemical such as, Ethylene glycol monopropyl ether. The employer did not implement a hazard communication program to include a written program, training, and labeling. b). On or about 7/6/17, on site for employees handling PP Primer Wipe to wipe the sunglasses on a daily basis. The primer contains chemicals such as, but not limited to, Xylene. The employer did not implement a hazard communication program to include a written program, training, and labeling.
