29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(I): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training in other unique or potentially hazardous conditions of the workplace that could affect safe operation: (a) Throughout the facility; Forklift operators were not informed of hazards associated with operating a forklift to perform tasks, including material handling near a ramp inside the upper warehouse area, material handling near overhead dock doors in the lower warehouse area, and while using a dockplate to load/unload trailers.
