29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) 749 Maiden Park, Rochester, NY - On or about 06/22/2017, employees working with Damp Mop which included alcohol ethoxylate, isopropanol and Fast & Easy which included propylene glycol n-propyl ether. The employer had not provided Hazard Communication training to the exposed employees at the time of their initial assignment and whenever new hazards were introduced into the workplace. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
