The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent, continuous, and effective: On or about May 31 2017, the shop floor area, the Pro Fitter 20 inch oscillating floor fan did not have continuous and permanent grounding. Employees using the fan to keep cool. Employee(s) exposed to the hazard of a potential electrical shock. The Pro Fitter fan was 120 volts, model SFSI-500SWI.
