29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) Warehouse/Facility: On or about April 19, 2017, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that portable fire extinguisher were mounted and readily accessible to employees who are expected to fight incipient fires, thus exposing employees to hazards such as but not limited to fire hazards, and slip-trip hazards.
