29 CFR 1910.333(a): Safety-related work practices were not employed to prevent electric shock or other injuries resulting from either direct or indirect electrical contacts, when work was performed near or on equipment or circuits which were or could be energized: Company: On, or about, March 17, 2017, the employer had not developed and implemented an Electrical Safety Related Work Practices program to address hazards caused by arc flash, arc blast and electric shock in the facility. The company allowed the practice of live buss head installation and removal which is not an acceptable work practice under NFPA 70E Electrical Safety in the Workplace guidelines.
