29 CFR 1910.146(d)(2): Under the permit-required confined space program required by 29 CFR 1910.146(c)(4), the employer did not identify and evaluate the hazards of permit spaces before employees entered: a) 9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ, 08110- Anodizing: The employer did not identify and evaluate the hazards of the anodizing tanks prior to entry including, but not limited to, oxygen deficiency, toxics, corrosives, electrical, and falls, on or about 2/3/2017. b) 9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ, 08110- Foundry: The employer did not identify and evaluate the hazards of the furnace pits prior to entry including, but not limited to, oxygen deficiency, toxics, heat stress, crushing, struck by, falls, forklift and pedestrian traffic and visibility, on or about 2/10/2017. c) 9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ, 08110- Foundry: The employer did not identify and evaluate the hazards of the casting pits prior to entry including, but not limited to, oxygen deficiency, toxics, drowning, falling, forklift and pedestrian traffic and visibility, on or about 2/10/2017. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
