29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(ii)(B): The Employer's Exposure Control Plan did not contain the schedule and method of implementation for paragraphs (d) Methods of Compliance, (f) Hepatitis B Vaccination and Post-Exposure Evaluation and Follow-up, (g) Communication of Hazards to Employees, and (h) Recordkeeping, of this standard: a) Facility The employer's written exposure control plan was inadequate in that it did not contain information for hepatitis B vaccination, post-exposure evaluation and follow-up, communication of hazards to employees and recordkeeping. Employees are exposed to bloodborne pathogens while performing activities such as, but not limited to, cleaning up blood and OPIM, providing injections and picking up needles from the facility's grounds. Violation occurred on or about 03/16/2017.
