29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven 7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: The following equipment was not adequately guarded to protect operators and other employees: A. In warehouse 301, in the paint opening area, the top area of the drive chain for the conveyer belt was not guarded to protect employees from a 2 1/4 inch x 24 inch opening. B. In warehouse 301, on the conveyer belt that travels from the paint opening area to the pain pouring area, the back side of the drive chain for conveyer belt was not guarded to protect employees.
