Location: Work Floor This violation was observed on November 28th, 2016, when employees were exposed to fire hazards because the employer had not ensured that a portable fire extinguishers had a maintenance check within the past year. To abate this violation, the employer must ensure that all fire extinguishers have annual maintenance checks.
