29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided: a) 287 South Randolphville Road, Piscataway, NJ: Employees who were working on and around energized electrical equipment were not provided with the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to protect them from electrical hazards, such as (but not limited to) electrical shock, arc flash/arc blast and electrocution. This hazard was observed on 12/7/16.
