29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(ii)(A): The employer did not ensure that training was provided to employees with occupational exposure at the time of initial assignment to tasks where occupational exposure might take place: a) Throughout facility: The employer did not ensure that site specific bloodborne pathogen training was provided at the time of initial assignment for a dental assistant employee who was exposed to blood and other potentially infectious materials, on or about 7/18/16. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
