29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met: On or about June 18, 2016, and at times prior thereto, at the above addressed worksite, the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program for employees performing laundry operations, and who were required to work with hazardous chemicals, such as, but not limited to, ECO TRI-STAR SOUR VII (pH 1) and STAINBLASTER PWER PAK PLUS RECLAIM WHITE (pH 12).
