29 CFR 1926.1101(h)(1)(i): Respirators were not used during all Class I asbestos jobs: a.) Facility - On or about 5/14/16, employees removed a wood floor section ~ 15' x 7', that had a layer of white, asbestos-containing insulation material (25% chrysotile) between the two layers of wood flooring. The employees were not provided nor did they wear respiratory protection during the Class I asbestos job. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
