29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: On or about 2/24/2016 in the plant houses at 1501 Dials Mill Road , Statham, GA: Employees are exposed to inhalation hazards when spraying the chemicals used in the plant houses. The employer requires the use of a respirator, but had not established and implemented a written respiratory protection program.
