29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: (a) On or about 3/11/15 and at times prior - Processing areas, employees working at the drycleaning machinery were exposed to contact with dirty shop towels, dirty gloves and other items when loading the washers and the dry cleaning solvent mineral spirit. Employees were not provided and required to utilize personal protective equipment such as aprons, coveralls, and or other resistant protective clothing. (b) On or about 3/11/15 and at times prior - Production area, the employees receiving and sorting industrial work gloves contaminated with solvents and lubricants were not provided and required to utilize personal protective equipment such as aprons, coveralls, and or other resistant protective clothing.
