29 CFR 1910.424(c)(2): Diver was not line tended from the surface or accompanied by another diver in the water in continuous visual contact during SCUBA diving operation, is applicable to the Construction Standard 29 CFR 1926.1084 which incorporates the General Industry Requirements: On or about December 20, 2014, at the jobsite, 1 East 11th Street Slip 3, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404, the employer did not provide the diver a line-tender from the surface, or was accompanied by another diver in the water in continuous visual contact during the scuba-diving operation.
