29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not maintained continuous and free from obstruction. The employer does not ensure a route to an emergency exit door was continuous and free from obstruction. This violation was observed on or about November 25, 2014, in the assembly department, exposing employees to the hazard of smoke inhalation and burn. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps that is taking to ensure exit are maintained continuous and free from obstruction..
