29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(i): Oxygen cylinders were stored near highly combustible material, especially oil and grease; or near reserve stocks of carbide and acetylene or other fuel-gas cylinders, or near another substance likely to cause or accelerate fire; or in an acetylene generator compartment: a) At the recycling facility in Unadilla, GA: On or about November 12, 2014, and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in the maintenance room, in that an oxygen cylinder and acetylene cylinder were stored adjacent to each other as employees walked and worked near the cylinders.
