29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition: a. 418 Duncan Ave, Jersey City , NJ - Truck Terminal (warehouse) Employees operated powered industrial trucks, which included Mitsubishi, Toyota and Yale propane powered forklifts which were found with defects that included, but were not limited to broken or missing propane bottle restraint straps, inoperative lights, inoperative horns, and inoperative seatbelts and were not taken out of service until restored to a safe operating condition. Violation observed on or about August 13, 2014
