29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment was not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: At the job site of 5056 N. Lycee, Bel Aire, Kansas, LMT Construction employees engaged in attaching new doors, windows, and siding to the exterior of the apartment complex were exposed to eye injuries. Employees used pneumatic nailers (Bostitch N66C-2-E Pneumatic Coil Nailer) and circular saws (Makita 7-1/4" Model- 5007NB) and did not wear safety glasses.
