29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(ii): Each employee on a single-point or two-point adjustable suspension scaffold was not protected by both a personal fall arrest system and a guardrail system: a) On or about July 24, 2014 employees elevated approximately eighty feet sandblasting a water tank was not connected to the rope grab which travels on a lifeline and automatically, by friction, engages the lifeline and locks so as to arrest the fall of an employee.
