29 CFR 1910.24(h): Standard railings were not provided on the open sides of all exposed stairways and stair platforms: a) Core conveyor area has a platform with 51" high steps that needs a hand rail on the open side. b) In the saw mill there were stairs near the 2nd saw dust belt that were missing the mid rail.
