29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: The Signode Strapping Machine area at 177 Florence Street Leominster, MA: On or about July 16, 2014, the employer did not ensure the flexible cord for the Signode strapping machine was connected with proper strain relief which exposed wires at the end of the cord where the plug was inserted into a wall receptacle.
