29 CFR 1910.147(f)(1): In situations in which lockout or tagout devices temporarily must be removed from the energy isolating device and the machine or equipment energized to test or position the machine, equipment or component thereof, the sequence of actions in 29 CFR 1910.147(f)(1)(i)-(v) was not followed: Location: Shucking Machine The energy control procedure for the shucking machine did not address the steam valve which required multiple re-energizations and repositioning during the sanitation process.
