29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): On or about 10/30/13 at Augusta, GA: Employees were exposed to electrical hazards when accessing electrical panels in the Dinnerware Department and the Mold Shop. The employer failed to effectively guard all unclosed openings within the electrical panels to prevent accidental contact by employees. a. Dinnerware Department: Electrical Panel 1AA-3 had 4 unclosed openings on the panel. b. Mold Department: Electrical Panel PNLLV-2 had 3 unclosed openings on the panel.
