29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee with occupational exposure participated in a training program: COMPANY-WIDE: On or about August 29, 2013, the employer had not provided employees with training related to the Exposure Control Plan and blood-borne pathogens. Employees perform dental procedures ranging from prophylactic cleaning to periodontics, orthodontics, and oral surgery on a daily basis. During these procedures they are exposed to patients' blood.
