29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): All cross braces were not of such length so as to automatically square and align vertical members such that the erected scaffold was always plumb, level, and square: (a) On or about August 15, 2013 - 311 4th Street South, Gadsden, AL, cross bracing used to erect the scaffolding was not all of the same length, and some braces were left unsecured, forcing the scaffold to not be plumb, or secure, and allowing it to lean to the left when observed from a distance.
