29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) On or about 5/17/13, the spray booth operator was spraying material such as, but not limited to, Sherwin-Williams Water Reducible Hi Build Texture Finish F73WL504, which causes eye irritation, and the eyewash station was not connected to a water supply, in accordance with this section.
