29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed: At the AMEREN-UE Calloway Nuclear Plant, switchyard, specifically at Bus B, 52-4, an arc flash occurred on or about 04/02/13 severely burning employees. The employees were not provided with or wore suitable personnel protective equipment such as 40-calorie suits or the equivalent prior to completely isolating this piece of equipment from its 13.8kv electrical source.
