29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a. Maintenance room, employees were exposed to the point of operation of an ENCO milling machine, in that, a guard was not provided around the milling drill bit. b. Maintenance room, employees were exposed to the point of operation of a Guard Lite Dual Protection chop saw serial number 137012, in that, the lower portion of the rotating blade was not provide with a guard.
