29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system. a) Harris Terminal, 2201 Mt. Ephraim Ave., Camden, NJ: Harris Camden Reality employees conducting roof repairs on the flat roof of a large warehouse were not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system. As such the employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 40 feet. Observed on or about 3/11/2013.
