Containers over 30 gallons capacity were not be stacked one upon the other: On or about March 6, 2013, Fox Valley Systems, Inc., stored flammable liquids in the raw material storage warehouse. Many of the 55-gallon drums were stacked 3 drums high. DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM.
