29 CFR 1910.1027(m)(4)(i): The employer did not train each employee who was potentially exposed to cadmium in accordance with the requirements of this section. The employer did not institute a training program, ensure employee participation in the program, and maintain a record of the contents of such program: (a) AECOM - The employer did not develop and implement a training program for employees who were exposed to cadmium while sandblasting military vehicles and other equipment. An abrasive blast employee was overexposed to cadmium at a rate of 13.1 ug/M3 on or about March 7, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
