29 CFR 1926.702(i)(1): Masonry saws were not guarded with a semicircular enclosure over the blade: On or about February 6, 2013, at the worksite located 86 Tournay Circle, Little Rock, Arkansas, employee was allowed to use the 14" Chicago Electric Industrial Cut-off saw to cut brick to size without the use of a guard. This condition exposed employees to contact with the rotating cutting blade.
