29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: (a) System 2, on the Wall beside the Mixer - A junction box, with wiring for lighting, had no cover and the wiring hung out of the box, exposing employees who worked in the area to contact with electrical current, on or about January 11, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
