29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: 400 5th St., Utica, NE 68456 (1st Bag Room): A tongue guard on the 8" Baldor bench grinder was not being used to ensure that it was adjusted to a 1/4 inch opening. The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top opening was 1 inch.
