29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that prevents pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: At 2700 E. 4th St, Hutchinson, KS in the Trailer Maintenance Shop, an electrical attachment plug used to power a fluorescent light had no strain relief, exposing employees to an electrical shock and fire.
