(b)Date of Violation:05/01/12 Location:Production Shop Equipment:Crown Battery Powered Forklift, Model #25SCTT, Serial #W-15524 Condition:A battery powered forklift was not equipped with a seatbelt. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard, install and utilize a restraint system in accordance with the current version of American National Standards Institute (ANSI) B56.1, "Safety Standard for Powered Industrial Trucks," and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) B56.1- 2000, "Safety Standard for Low Lift and High Lift Trucks."
