29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard (e.g., by sliding or collapsing): Employees working in the following storage areas were exposed to crush-by hazards, in that material was stored on approximately 45 racks that were damaged or cracked: a) Dry storage material stored on damaged racks located near the processing floor. b) All-fall material stored and used on Saturdays on damaged racks located near kill floor. c) Old shipping dock room approximately 1900 lbs stored on damaged rack located near processing floor. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is completed.
