29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(ii): The employer did not document that the equipment in the process complied with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices: Building 235, Trains 3 and 4: Safety interlock systems in use for process equipment such as, but not limited to, vessels T-322 and T-328, were not installed using any recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices (RAGAGEPS). Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation. The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation(s).n
