29 CFR 1910.119(h)(2)(v): The employer did not periodically evaluate the performance of contract employers in fulfilling their obligations as specified in 29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3): a) Formosa Plastics Corporation. 780 Schoolhouse Road, Delaware City, DE - The company did not periodically evaluate contractor employer performance to ensure that they were complying with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3), including training and instruction of their employees and compliance with plant safety rules. This condition was noted on or about April 5, 2012. Formosa Plastics Corporation, USA was previously cited for a violation of this same occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.119(h)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311807358, citation number 1, item number 11b, and was affirmed as an informal settlement agreement on April 20, 2010, with respect to the same workplace located at 780 School House Road, Delaware City, DE 19706. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED.
