29 CFR 1910.272(j)(1): The employer shall develop and implement a written housekeeping program that establishes the frequency and method(s) determined best to reduce accumulations of fugitive grain dust on ledges, floors, equipment, and other exposed surfaces. The employer failed to develop a written housekeeping program. This was most recently evident during the inspection of the facility located at 112 N Arapahoe, Wauneta, NE 69045, where the employer has employees working in the feed/flour mill without having developed a written housekeeping program as outlined in this subpart. Wauneta Mills LLC dba Wauneta Roller Mills was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 314060039, Citation number 2, item number 1, issued on 5/19/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 112 N Arapahoe, Wauneta, NE 69045 and became a Final Order effective June 7, 2011.
