29 CFR 1926.1425(b): While the operator was not moving the suspended load, no employee shall be within the fall zone, except those employees engaged in; (b)(1): hooking, unhooking or guiding a load; (b)(2) initial attachment of the load to a component or structure or (b)(3) operating a concrete hopper or bucket. On or about June 24, 2025, and at times prior thereto, at Masseys test site, a Grove RT 9150E crane operator suspended the mega rocket unexpected anomaly debris while an engineer utilized a tracked excavator and bucket with a thumb device attempted to demolish and remove part of the debris for further examination into the cause of the anomaly.
