29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(i): The load was not well secured and properly balanced in the sling or lifting device before it was lifted more than a few inches: Location - Dry Room - Pulley system round pulley parts and pulley system housing station. On or about 5/16/2025, the rugs placed on the wooden/metal beams were not adequately secured on the beams prior to being lifted and lowered for drying.
