29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: a- 919 Sicklerville Road, Sicklerville NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 8 feet 4 inches to the concrete flooring below, when accessing to an A-framed ladder's top step from an interior scaffold's horizontal support to reach the concrete flooring below. Being such the distance between the horizontal support and the ladder's top step was approximately 28 inches. Condition observed on or about 04/03/25.
