29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4):Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a) Jobsite located at 650 Red Bone Road, Chester Springs, PA. - The employer did not ensure that employees utilized a self-supporting ladder according to manufactures specifications, in that the employees were utilizing the self supporting ladder in a closed position exposing employees to falls of approximately 6 feet. Condition observed on or about April 3, 2025.
